The Cat got a late call up to come out of retirement and play for Chris Cowdrey's Former Kent XI against the Stage Cricket Club at Canterbury.
In front of a crowd of several hundred the team included Former Kent and England stars Martin Saggers and Vince Wells, former Kent favourites David Fulton, Nigel Llong (now also an international umpire) and Neil Taylor, and current Kent fast bowler Robbie Joseph. Batting at 8 the Cat scored an unbeaten 8 including a four. In his four overs he took 2 for 26, both victims bowled in the same over. He's now retired. Again!
